Inspired by the historic Old Town, Edinburgh Corner recreates its iconic architectural character with heavy stone facades, stepped rooflines, distinctive chimneys, sloped stairways, a round corner tower, and dark slate roofs. A century-old Scottish streetscape, brought right into your display. Two neighboring shops bring together two soothing ways of life: the warmth of handmade pottery and the beauty of flowers.
The pottery shop creates flower pots and vessels, while the flower shop fills them with fresh blooms and greenery. Together, they create a lively street scene where craftsmanship and nature meet. Whether you want to experience the full pottery-making process or create a cozy workspace for floral design, this building has something for you.
15 carefully placed lights create a layered nighttime atmosphere throughout Edinburgh Corner. Yellow lights frame the Flower Shop sign, while white lights illuminate the Pottery Shop sign. A warm white glow fills the telephone box and Pottery Shop, while soft pink lighting adds a vibrant touch to the Flower Shop. A wall light along Maple Close completes the scene. Different lights. Different moods. One cozy corner after dark.
The building supports layered disassembly and rear opening, making it easy to explore the interior while keeping the complete facade intact for display. The battery box is cleverly hidden beneath the sloped staircase. Simply pull it out to replace the batteries, then tuck it away to keep the building looking clean.
From shop signs and architectural details to flowers, wildlife, and distinctive sculptures, every detail adds character to Edinburgh Corner. Discover King Arthur, an Easter Island Moai, flowers, bird, owl, butterflies, and 41 printed details woven throughout the build. Look closer. There’s always something new to discover.
