If you’re unfamiliar with the TV show, Ted Lasso is an Emmy Award-winning American sports comedy-drama television series available exclusively on Apple TV+. The show follows an optimistic American college football coach who is unexpectedly hired to manage a struggling fictional English Premier League soccer team, AFC Richmond.

The main character, Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis), is portrayed in a simple way, with an iconic moustache and plain Football coach-style clothes. Being a simple premise, the Minifigs.me te have done incredible work in capturing him perfectly, you can instantly tell who it is meant to be. 

Minifigs.me have designed and printed Ted Lasso and his team as Minifigures along with an acrylic display plinth. The Minifigures look absolutely stunning, complete with their individual character personalities. Taken from their on-screen counterparts, they are sporting a mix of AFC Richmond attire and those that aren’t immediately part of the Football team are wearing suits. Using genuine LEGO parts as a base, the attention to detail is fantastic, with full head, torso, leg, and in some instances arm printing. The display plinth is a combination a fully printed acrylic panel and LEGO bricks and plates, featuring the players numbers in a changing room type setting.
