The original The Matrix film is a timeless cult classic that as simultaneously a groundbreaking action sci-fi film, a tech-anxiety parable for the turn of the millennium, and a deep philosophical exploration. It totally blew my mind when I first watched it at just 14 years old, the visuals, the story, and that ending, wow. So when a custom printing company comes along and produces the three main characters, I knew I had to share them with you.

Neo is the star of the film, finding his way and learning new skills, like Kung Fu, with the help of Morpheus and Trinity. Having the option to purchase them as custom printed Minifigures is amazing and should be top of any true fans list, it certainly is mine. They all look spot on and match their on-screen counterparts, even coming with fabric skirt-pieces to mimic their long leather coats.

Designs and printing are amazing as usual with all FireStar Toys creations, I particularly like the look of their sunglasses and of course the many buckles and straps hanging off their outfits. The team have out done themselves here and produced Minifigures inspired by one of modern day cinemas’ most loved sci-fi franchises.
