LEGO Ideas E.T. Set Rumoured to be Landing August 2026!

One of the LEGO Ideas sets dropping this year is E.T The Extra-Terrestrial by Lafabrick. Thanks to the latest rumour, from Brick Clicker, it could be landing this August!

The 80s character will hold a special place in many AFOLs (adult fan of LEGO) lives, it was not only a beloved story and a masterpiece of cinema, but the alien creature dubbed E.T. was oddly adorable and loved by all – he could even wield the Force. Lafabrick’s based the original design on the alien using a total of 2,990 pieces, just shy of the then part limit. If rumours are to be believed, the official LEGO Ideas set will comprise of just 1,225 pieces, a substantial stepdown, leading many fans to believe it will be a smaller scale than the 30cm tall fan design.

Brick Clicker also reports the set number will be 21370, landing in LEGO stores and online 1st August, and coming in at around $129.99. Comparing the set to another 80s inspired build, we’re looking at you Gizmo (21361), the price and piece count is very similar, begging the question will the LEGO Ideas E.T. (21370) be similar in stature?
